The problem

Outdated processes lose
candidates.

Today’s background checks can be slow, confusing and frustrating. When the experience feels like a chore, good candidates can drop out before the process is complete.

How TalentClouds helps

A smarter experience, built for candidates.

We make background checks simple, intuitive and easy to navigate, giving candidates a clearer journey and employers a smoother process.

“Very easy and straightforward, and the HUD is very clear about what to do next. I would use it again.”

As a business with relatively low requirements, the Essential pay-as-you-go plan works perfectly for us. We've had a really positive experience so far and would happily recommend them.”
Taxi Studio

Client

“It was very easy and straightforward. The portal is very clear about what to do next. It also allowed me to use my phone during the process, for example to take pictures of ID. The process was quick and having the borders to fit passport and face verification made sure all documents were captured correctly.”

TalentClouds

We believe compliance should feel human. Behind every check is a person. A candidate waiting to start their new role. An HR team trying to keep hiring moving. A referee taking time out of their day.

So we design TalentClouds around them. We make complex processes easier to understand, remove unnecessary friction and give everyone a clearer journey from start to finish.

Because compliance is essential.

The complexity isn't.
