These challenges were especially acute for institutions with strict safeguarding requirements and large workforces, such as those in education, care, and health-sectors that technology had not yet fully addressed.

In 2019, they founded Talent Clouds to transform workforce vetting and engagement. Their mission began with the creation of a fully digital background check solution, purpose-built for the highly regulated public services sector.
